Advanced Precast manufactures and delivers quality precast elements to the building industry. While our Victorian operations is supply only and active in the architectural market our NSW, ACT and Qld operations supply and also erect onsite where required by the client.

Our team often provide precast solutions where lateral thinking and experience across a range of disciplines from detailing, coordination, manufacture and erection is essential to ensure cost effective and efficient precast is always adopted. Solutions such as precast panels acting as deep beams to avoid costly transfer structures have led our clients to realise the benefits in adopting precast solutions to reduced structural cost and the number of elements, increase usable floor space with less columns, shorten cycle and construction times, lower maintenance, reduce material volumes and wastage, reduce forming costs, reduce material handling per floor and achieve longer spans or cantilevers where required.
